Noah’s Story

Noah is a boy aged 8 years old, currently in Primary 2 (P2). He has got complicated health issues. His health has raised concerns, as he is underweight for his age and experiencing poor nutrition.

His mother is reported to have significant mental health challenges and is unable to provide consistent care. As a result, Noah is currently living with his grandmother, who has taken on the primary caregiving role.

However, due to her own limitations and lack of resources, she has struggled to ensure that Noah attends his regular hospital appointments for his care. He has already missed several scheduled visits, which prompted concern from healthcare workers and led to home follow-ups.

The household is facing significant financial hardship and is unable to consistently meet the costs of transport to hospital appointments or provide adequate nutritional support. This has further affected Noah’s health and continuity of care.
