Diana, born in 2006, lives with her mother in a very poor and crumbling house. After the death of her father, life became incredibly difficult. Her mother does her best to care for the family, but the home is falling apart and daily survival is a real struggle.

Despite the tough conditions, Diana continues to show strength and determination. She dreams of a better future—one where she can finish school and help lift her family out of poverty.

Now part of the YES Uganda program, Diana is receiving the care and support she needs to stay in school and grow in a safe and loving environment. Her journey is one of quiet courage and growing hope.
