Daniel lives with his mother, who has remarried and now has four additional children. His father, a fisherman, is not involved in his life. The family earns a small income by selling vegetables, which makes it difficult to meet their basic needs.

Previously, Daniel was not attending school, but thanks to the support from YES Uganda, he is now enrolled and thriving in his studies. He is a bright boy who is dedicated to his education and is determined to continue his journey into secondary school in a couple of years.

With the encouragement and resources provided by the program, Daniel is focused on making the most of this opportunity and is excited about what the future holds.
