Here at YES we work to create ripples across our community.  At Manna Rescue Home, we strive to rehabilitate children and educate their families to help them succeed.  When a child is brought to the rescue home, they are in dire need and struggling to survive.

Currently we have eleven children who are ready to be reintegrated back to their homes!  They will either be transitioning to Secondary boarding schools or attending a vocational school to learn a trade.  We are so proud of these kids!!

Now we have room to take in eleven new children that are desperate for help! We look forward to caring for them, loving them, and giving them the tools they need to succeed.

 

We have two new helpers coming to YES next month!  Faith and David Patterson, who are from the UK.  Faith, being a nurse, will focus on health coordination programs as well as administrative tasks and communicating with donors.

David, who is an engineer by trade, will be concentrating on exciting new directions for our Amaani ga Rwenzori facility.
