YES-Uganda implements activities under the 3ps strategies. The 3ps policy, partnerships and programs for youth employment, work to understand the country poverty eradication strategies and the priorities of donors, to develop projects that address unemployment.

YES-Uganda is fully involved in developing youth friendly employment policies , reviewing and making input into the poverty eradication strategies, and helping youth understand the milleniumm development goals and how they can be achieved.

Developing multi-stakeholder partnership is critical to generating sustainable youth effective participation in the development processess. partnership formation is critical in achieving sustainable employment for the youth. YES promote partnership strategies among the youth organisations and also uses this tool in implementing activities acrss the country.

there are a number of projects developed under the 3^rd P-programs. projects are designed to empower youth with relevant skills and knowledge. below are some of the YES-Uganda Project.
