YES-Uganda is a membership organisation through trhough growing membership, YES attain financial sustainability, and also it builds a large base of resourceful persons who provide skills and expertise in trainning and building skills among youth.

The campaign for employment creation is therefore based on the premises that developing sharp business acumen will facilitate the adoption of self - employment attitude, and expand the small scale industries even in service delivery sectors hence creating employment opportunities for youth.
